Winding Down Flow

This winding down flow is designed to facilitate slowing down – whether at the end of the day or when your nervous system needs a bit of calm. To start, aim for 10 breaths or at least one minute of each pose before a 10-minute savasana, but you may find your body wants to enjoy the poses for upwards of 3 to 5 minutes. Listen to your body and feel no pressure to hurry.
