Yoga & Aromatherapy
One of the most expensive essential oils, neroli is made from the fresh blossom flowers of the bitter orange tree and has a very powerful sweet and floral aroma that becomes less bitter and intense when it is diluted.
Neroli is a luxurious oil to use to balance and revive body and mind and has long been used for nervousness and anxiety. So using neroli oil this month is going to help bring in some soothing calm.
Try adding a couple of drops to a carrier oil, mix well, massage into the wrists and hands and then cup the hands over the face to inhale the uplifting and refreshing aroma; this will also help give strength and courage.
You can also massage this blend into any area of tension and tightness to help soothe any aches and pains.
For a deeply peaceful and restful sleep, add a couple of drops to the bath, mixed with some milk, sit back and relax and let the powerful oil soothe away stress and tension. Generally considered a safe oil for all but can cause some sensitivity in some.
