Ravensara Oil (Ravensara Aromatica)

Yoga & Aromatherapy - Ravensara Oil This oil is made from the leaves of the tree in Madagascar, which are known for their healing and cleansing properties. The bark of the tree makes a different oil and is much stronger, however, and was used to make rum.

Ravensara is a wonderfully cleansing and refreshing oil with a woody, spicy aroma that helps to let go of any stress and tension and also helps clear confusion. Putting a few drops in a diffuser around the home this month will help bring hope and joy; it will completely relax and calm both mind and body, that’s how healing this oil is. Just a gentle inhalation therapy can help bring everything back into balance.

Ravensara is also an antibacterial oil and will be really helpful this month to help boost the immune system and help fight colds and flu as it clears airways and reduce inflammation. Add a couple of drops to a carrier oil with some lavender oil and massage into the chest and feet to help clear blockages or ease infections. Alternatively, place the oils in a bowl of warm water for a steam inhalation. Let Ravensara lift you up and heal this November.
